A Healing Cucumber and Garlic Salad: Lowers Cholesterol and Regulates High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a common condition whereby the blood’s long-term force against the walls of the arteries is so high that it could end up causing health complications, such as heart disease.

The more the blood that the heart pumps and the narrow the arteries, the higher the blood pressure. This condition can easily go undetected and lead to stroke and heart disease. The risk of developing high blood pressure can be raised by factors such as poor diet, physical inactivity, and stress. The condition is also associated with high cholesterol.
