Berries and watermelon

For this “fruit bomb” you will need: 230 g berries (fresh or frozen), juice of two oranges, half a slice of watermelon (seedless), 1 piece of ginger root (about 2.5 cm) and ground ice.

First, mix the berries and orange juicein a blender, then add the melon and grated ginger, and mix again. Pour into glasses with ground ice and drink fresh. (This drink can stand in the refrigerator for two days).
“Sparkling” ginger and lime

You will need: ginger root size of about 7-8 cm, peeled and grated, 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, 3 tablespoons liquid honey and half a liter of mineral water.

For this juice you will made syrup, which can stand for several days in the fridge and you can use it, if necessary, with sparkling water when you feel bursts of morning sickness. Put the grated ginger and lemon juice in a pot on the stove to boil. Cook until the liquid is reduced to a quarter – about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat, press a little ginger with a spoon to release even beneficial ingredients, then cover it and let it stand for 20 minutes. Then strain the liquid through a strainer, discard the ginger and add the honey, and stir well. Pour the syrup into a jar and refrigerate.

To make a potion against sickness just put two tablespoons of this syrup in a glass and pour carbonated mineral water. Stir, add ice and a slice of lime.
