Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves (or 2 tablespoons dry leaves)

• 200 ml of water

Preparation:

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh (or dried) parsley leaves pour with 200 ml of boiling water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and cool.
