Protein preparations, powders are not necessary to persons who are not engaged in professional sports. Simply to them these supplements are not necessary. Besides, there are rules for everything, including for dietary supplements.
The magic in a bottle
There is no doubt that we need protein, it is still one of the three basic macronutrients that we get from foods, along with carbohydrates and fats. The first goal was to get protein meal freed of fat because very often increased protein intake means and increased fat intake – says Martinić and cites another reason for the existence of protein supplements.
