How many times have you asked yourself, “What is this hole in the sink?” Well, this hole has its own name, it is called percolator and has two purposes.

The first is to allow the water to drain away. In fact, without this hole, the water would take much more time to swell because the air out of the hole above allows faster flow of water in the sink. Another no less important feature of this hole is the water flow in case of blockages.
