You will need a soft cloth and a walnut. Pecans, almonds, and Brazil nuts are optional.
Step 1: Remove the meat
Remove a large piece of nut from the shell. Start by rubbing it in a circular motion across the length of the scratch, from one end to other. Rub it back and forth several times.
Extra tip
Pecans, almonds, and Brazil nuts will also work.
Step 2: Rub with fingers
Now start rubbing the area with your fingers to warm the area.
Step 3: Let the oils soak in
Leave the scratch and wait for a few minutes to let the natural oil from the nut soak into the wood.
Step 4: Buff area
At this point, take a soft cloth and polish the area. Next you will see that the scratch has disappeared.
