Prevent inflammation of the bladder following these tips!

Follow the tips below and prevent bladder inflammation:
– Take vitamin C regularly because it makes urine acidic which prevents bacteria
– Urinate more frequently because so bacteria are washed from the urethra and prevents in this way to reach the bladder.
– In relation to previously mentioned take about 2 liters of water a day because water helps flush bacteria from the bladder
– Consume 3 cups of cranberry juice or blueberries daily, because they disinfect, increase the acidity of urine and kills bacteria, even those that are already attached to the surface of the bladder.
– Do not bath but just take a shower because the bacteria more easily enter the urethra while bathing
– Empty the bladder immediately after sexual intercourse
– Do not wear too tight underwear and pants, but use cotton underwear
– Do not use strong chemical means for the intimate care of the body
Treatment with plants in case of cystitis
– 1 tablespoon of oxalis
– 2.5 dl of water
Pour boiling water over chopped fresh sorrel leaves of oxalis, cover and let stay for ten minutes. Then strain and consume hot three times a day for a period of 15 days, and make a break for 15 days and repeat the treatment.
