Have Damaged Hair From Hair Dye? This Mixture Is Just What You Need!
If you have damaged hair from using a hair dye or just simply want to repair some of the health back into your locks, then this natural remedy is just what you need.
INSTRUCTIONS:
You will need a teaspoon of honey or sugar and add this to a teaspoon of warm milk. You will also need 20g of fresh yeast, if you cannot find any at your local stores, then you can replace this with a dry yeast alternative. It is important to remember that 1 packet of 7g of dry yeast equals to about 40g of fresh yeast.
Leave your mixture in a warm area for about 15-20 minutes as to ferment it. After the timer is up, apply the mixture to the roots of your freshly cleaned and damp hair. Keep applying the mixture to the ends of your hair.
This works for unwashed hair as well but would prefer you do it right after you take a shower or wash your hair. Next you will need to wrap your hair in a nylon bag and place a warm towel over it. This is so the yeast can grow on your damaged hair, increasing the concentration of minerals, protein, and vitamins. The mixture will be absorbed into your follicles as to keep the overall health of your hair intact.
It is wise to apply this mix onto your hair at least twice a week within 6-8 weeks. This will completely strengthen and rebuild your hair all together if you stick with the routine!
