12 MINUTES WORKOUT: SLIMMING DOWN THE “LOVE HANDLES”

The person that’s going to walk you through this workout program is Melissa Bender. Melissa Bender is a certified yoga instructor, cross-country runner and fitness instructor to an occupational therapist. She is simply amazing and active person. It takes a lot of effort to be able to achieve all of this.
And, in this particular workout video, Melissa pays attention to your love handles – the bulky part of your body just above your butt. As we said, this 12-minutes step-by-step workout ride will take over your abs, love handles, and lower back – and it requires no exercise equipment. You can use a yoga mat or a carpet.
