Cold air can’t hold moisture as the warm does so in an enclosed spaces, such as freezers it collects on the walls and drawers where it turns into ice. To make more room in your freezer, and to not have to melt and clean it very often try these tricks.
Use oil.
If you coat the walls and freezer drawers with oil, the ice will not have where to form. However, this does not solve the problem of moisture.
Close the groceries. In order to reduce the amount of moisture in the freezer always close preferably all foods.
You can use the machine for closing plastic bags, and bags with zips and containers with vacuum lid. Squeeze as much air before closing, because you will thus prevent the formation of ice on the interior of the bag.
