1. Olive oil and lemon – Drink one teaspoon of olive oil with few drops of fresh lemon juice. This home remedy should be consumed in the morning or several hours after meal.
2. Lukewarm water and lemon – in the morning, on empty stomach, take one glass of lukewarm water with juice from one fresh lemon. This drink can be also used as prevention for preventing problems with the digestive organs.
Note: This recipe is not recommended for those who suffer from ulcers in the stomach.
