Healthy Rice Diet-Lose 20 Pounds in 3 Weeks

In this article we’re going to present you a healthy, low calorie rice diet that will help you to lose up 20 pounds in only three weeks.
This rice diet appeared in early 1937. It was discovered by the German physiatrist Walter Kepner who was studying patients with high blood pressure and diabetes. Walter realize that patients with diabetes and hypertension who ate rice every day had fewer health problems.
We present you a low calorie diet with very little salt. It includes dishes of rice, fruits, vegetables, very healthy drinks and meat in very small quantities. The diet is consisted from 3 phases.The first, the second and the third stages lasts for seven days.
The first phase:
- This diet requires starch and fruit for breakfast and three kinds of vegetables, starch and one type of fruit for lunch and dinner.
- The first day you enter about 800 calories and 50 milligrams of salt.
- For every meal you eat two fruits, and the same amount of starch.
- The following 6 days you can consume milk (milk-vegetarian diet with rice).
Note: In this first stage you can lose up to 14 pounds!
The second phase:
- The first day comply with the basic rice diet without dairy products.
- In the next 5 days you can add nutritional dairy products (milk-vegetarian diet with rice).
- Breakfast should be consisted of two types of starch and fruit, and for lunch and dinner you should eat three kinds of vegetables and starch, and fruit.
- Daily you will enter more than 1,000 calories and 500 milligrams of salt.
The third phase:
- In the last stage of this diet an additional 200 calories are added.
