Losing weight and maintaining good shaped body can be difficult and demanding. People nowadays, even young people, are gaining weight much faster than before. Even the small children are sometimes fat or overweight. There are some rare and severe cases, in which some children are born clinically obese!

Overweight people have lots of problems and difficulties performing the everyday tasks, but also they are more prone to variety of health issues like high blood pressure, cardiac problems, ulcers, digestive disorders, gout, thyroid problem etc.

Why we are gaining weight and become overweight?

There are lots of reasons and factors for gaining weight. The more concerning fact is that the people are not usually aware until it’s too late.

Unhealthy lifestyle, sleep disorders, insomnia, unpredictable work time can be some of the factors. Not to forget genes and fast food.

The lack of physical activity does the rest.
