Bagged Salads Are Drenched In Chlorine And Covered In Bacteria, Eat This Instead

Today’s modern lifestyle made almost anything much more simple to make, but the real question is – Is that really good for our health? Many people do not have the time to make themselves a fresh salad, so they go to the market and buy bagged salads. We should stop eating bagged salads, and we should turn back to the old fashioned salads.

Have you heard of listeria? It is a type of bacterium that infects though contaminated food. It was found in Dole brand salads. It caused miscarriage or stillbirth in pregnant women. 15 people were hospitalized and one died, before the salads recalled. E. coli was found in similar salads back in 2012 and 2013.
The following information from the 2015 government report is frightening. The number one source of listeria and salmonella food poisoning, were actually fruit and vegetables.

So how actually the E. coil is in the bagged salads was explained by Emily Bazelon. In order to produce the bagged salad, the processing greens are from different farms, and they are putted through three different chlorinated baths, after that they are dried and sealed in plastic. The process of chlorination does not get rid of E. coil. So if you mix greens from different farms without treating them for contamination, e. coil is present.

All those cases were spread over eight states and five Canadian provinces. Food poisoning Bulleting said that the states that received the salads may had further distribution, those are: Alabama, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Georgia, Indiana, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. They also mentioned some of the stores that sold those salads including FoodsCo, ALDI, Jay C, PriceRite, Giant, Meijer, Fred Meyer, Walmart and other stores.
Switch back to the old fashioned salads, immediately, because there is no help if you get bagged salad with bacteria. Even washing will not help you with the problem. It will only spread the germs around. So if you want much more effective way of washing for your bagged salad you should try with a vinegar solution.
