191-Year-Old Woman Discovered in Nigeria. Oldest Living Person in the World!

According to the Guinness Book of Records, the oldest human alive is the 112-year-old Yasutaro Koide from Japan. Nevertheless, the book might need to be modified after photos were spread on the internet from the 191-year-old Mama Efisho from Nigeria.
Mr. Avuefeyen, her great-great grandson, has confirmed her age since she told him she witnessed the birth of his grandfather. If this is true, the woman is not only the oldest person alive in Nigeria, but she is the oldest person alive in the world.
She lives in Isoko, countryside in Delta State of Nigeria founded in the 18th century. Most of the websites which write about health explain that the secret for her long lifespan is in the cassava root.
From the Institute of Medicine they assert that: “Cassava is loaded with magnesium and copper. A diet rich in magnesium promotes life-long health, lowering your blood pressure and reducing your risk of osteoporosis. While a diet rich in copper helps support healthy nerve function. A cup of cassava contains 23 percent of the copper you need each day,”.
Do you believe that Mama Esifiho is really 191 years old?
