Natural Remedies For Disinfecting Your Tongue

Bad breath can be caused by an infection or diseases in the teeth, gums or in the digestive system. However, in some cases the problem may lay in the tongue, a crucial part of the mouth where the first cycle of digestion of food begins and where a large number of bacteria accumulate. To have a clean and bacteria free tongue you will need:
– Toothpaste
– 1 clean toothbrush
– One tongue scraper
– Mouthwash
Instructions
Put a little toothpaste on the toothbrush and start to brush your tongue from front to back. Rinse using lukewarm water.
Rub your tongue with a tongue scraper to remove any remaining white residue .The correct way is to hold the element horizontally with their lips, applying light pressure on the tongue while scraping back and forth.
At the end, clean your mouth using an antibacterial mouthwash, for one or two minutes.

1. Rinse bicarbonate
Baking soda helps to disinfect the mouth and neutralizes odors.

– 1 cup water (250 ml)
– 1 teaspoon baking soda (4.6 g)
– 3 drops of peppermint essential oil

Put all the ingredients in a jar and mix them well. Make several mouth rinses and spits the liquid.
2. Rinse apple cider vinegar

– 1 cup water (250 ml)
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30 ml)

3. Rinse parsley and cloves

– 150 ml of apple cider vinegar
– 120 ml water
– 15 ml of vegetable glycerin
– 15g of myrrh gum powder (antiseptic)
– 5 drops of essential oil of cinnamon
– 5 drops of essential oil of clove
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a clean glass jar and shake. Use the amount necessary to wash your mouth and spit it out.
6. Rinse mint
The mint has antibacterial and disinfectant properties which stops the bacteria growth in the mouth.
Its scent refreshes your mouth and leaves a pleasant aroma.
Ingredients:
– 5 mint leaves
– ½ cup water (125 ml)
Preparation
Prepare a tea with mint leaves and half a cup of water, let it sit a little and rinse with the liquid after brushing your teeth.
