How to prepare some hair masks:
Olive and Almond Oil
Mix olive and almond oil. Optionally, you can add vitamin E to prevent hair loss. Massage your hair for 20 minutes minimum. Do not wash your hair with hot water.
Yogurt and Eggs
Eggs are an excellent source of proteins and the yolk contains fats which are very beneficial for your hair. The egg white is rich in bacteria eating enzymes which can clean your scalp and hair from excess oil and dirt. Wash the egg mask with cool water to avoid cooking the egg, and then use shampoo. Repeat the procedure once a month when necessary.
Yogurt can reverse the hair damage caused by air pollution and product buildup. The lactic acid removes the dirt and the milk fat will nourish your scalp and hair.
Honey and Curd
Mix honey and curd to prepare a mask that will hydrate and regenerate your hair. Honey acts as natural moisturizer and it is rich in antioxidants and nutrients that nourish the hair follicles and promote hair growth.
Bananas, Mayonnaise, and Olive Oil
Mix two bananas, two tablespoons of mayonnaise and one tablespoon of olive oil in a blender. Apply the resulting mixture to your hair and allow it to act for an hour. Then, wash your hair with warm water. Your hair will be soft and shiny.
