Alyssa Heidemann weighed 150 kilograms and she was in her worst life phase. She ate only fast food drank soda and never worked out.
On one occasion she woke up in the middle of the night and felt like there was an elephant sitting on her chest. She went into the emergency room, and the doctor said she wasn’t having a heart attack but that she had very high blood pressure. At that time Alyssa realized that she has to change her life and start an extreme diet program.

She stopped consuming a majority of her usual meals, and got rid of caffeine, bread, starchy vegetables, fast food, and any other junk food. She had really great results; she lost 15 kilograms in about six months and then came to the point where she could not lose a gram.

‘’ I was always hungry. I got so frustrated that I started slipping back into my old ways. First, I started drinking soda again and I began hitting up my favourite fast-food restaurants. Soon I put those 15 kilograms back on, plus more.’’, she told the Woman’s Health.
She realized that a strict diet will not bring her the desired results because she was constantly feeling bad during the six months she was on it. She started with a new weight loss program, and instead of drastically cutting out meals she decided to do the opposite – she began eating several small meals spaced evenly throughout the day.

She ate all the foods, but in reduced quantities and soon began to work out and go to the gym. Thanks to the hard work and perseverance she has lost up to 70 kilograms.

Eat more, but make healthier choices. ‘’Thanks to lots of small, healthy meals, I rarely craved junk food. You don’t have to be hungry to lose weight; you just need to eat the right things’’, says Alyssa.
