Dietary BREAKFAST: 5 Kilograms Less For A Month!

This is one of the healthiest and most delicious breakfasts, because it contains vitamins and minerals that improve appearance of skin, hair, normalize the metabolism and strengthens the body. The daily breakfast will help eliminate impurities from the body and cleanse the bowel.

Breakfast is prepared in the evening for the next day.
To prepare this breakfast you will need:
  • 300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 5-7 prunes

Pour a little boiling water (100 ml) over dried plums. Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl put the oats, crushed flaxseed and cocoa. Pour kefir and all stir well.
Finely chop the plums (in a blender or manually) and add to the previous mixture.

Mix well and leave in the fridge.
