A Recipe You Must Have: This Soup Is Stronger Than Antibiotics

It’s time to make a warm and healthy soup that’ll warm us up and provide us with many vitamins, minerals and energy during these cold days. Today we recommend a soup recipe that is really easy to make, but very effective and healthy, and it is based on cauliflower, a vegetable already proven to be very beneficial for one’s health.
Ingredients:
½ a cauliflower head together with its leaves
50 ml of olive oil
2 tablespoons of flour
Parsley
Vegeta (a mixture of spices and various vegetables)
Black pepper
Preparation:Clean the cauliflower and its leaves and slice them finely. Heat the oil and then add the flour and stir constantly until it gets a fine smell. Be careful not to get it burned. After you have fried the flour, add 200 ml of water and when it starts to boil add the vegeta spice, the slices of cauliflower and the leaves. Leave the mixture to boil for 7 minutes and then add the parsley and the black pepper and you’re done.
Consume it while it is still hot because it is tastier that way.
