Recognize the disease in time!

Doctors warn that this change in the breast you should not ignore. So make sure you have noticed the following changes.

Distinctive increase of the volume of breasts

• Growing – each additional kilogram affects the size of the breast
• PMS (premenstrual syndrome), or side effects of the new method of hormonal contraception.
• Pregnancy is the last option.

A major reduction in breast size

• Weight Loss – breasts are full of fat and every weight loss affects the breast

Various sizes of breasts

• A typical phenomenon among women, but especially visible during the premenstrual period.
• It may be a sign of breast cancer – any abnormal tissue changes that changes the shape of the breasts is a warning.

Irritation of the skin under the breasts

• Allergic reactions to any material, and very often on a wire in the bra.
• Dermatitis, which is common in women with large breasts. Friction in combination with sweat creates irritation

A lump in the areola

• Natural changes in the nipple. Function breast milk production, and small bumps are terminations of these glands. They can be very noticeable in the course of the menstrual cycle.

• Breast cysts – usually not dangerous, but should be reviewed periodically to control them.

The hairs on the nipple

May be a reaction to a particular cosmetics or medicaments which comprise male hormones.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is another common symptom this disease (acne and irregular menstrual cycle).

Nipples that itch

• Indicate an allergic reaction to some lotion, soap, body lotion and fabrics. It is desirable to wash the new bras before use
• It can only be a sign of menstruation. Sometimes hormonal changes cause itching.
• Breast cancer – although rare, this can also be a symptom of cancer

White discharge from the nipple

• There may be side effects of some medications. It’s not dangerous, but it is a symptom that should not be ignored.

Red discharge from the nipple

• Indicates the presence of benign tumors that can occur in the channel breast milk. Definitely medical advice is needed.

A lump in the breast tissue

• It often occurs because of changes prior to menstruation, or stress.
• They can be a cyst or tumor.

Thickening in any part of the breast

• It could refer to the cysts. If the round and move up on the pressure, most likely a benign cyst of about one centimeter.
• It may be a sign of breast cancer. If changes under finger pressure, see a doctor immediately.

Above all, any changes in your breasts should be reported to a doctor, like performing gynecological examinations annually.
