All you need are 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 4-5 liters of water.
Dissolve the baking soda in hot water and soak your feet in for about 15-20 minutes.
After that, rub the feet with some toe stone. Apply a nourishing cream or some vaseline (if your heels are overly cracked), put on a pair of cotton socks and, if desired, spend the whole night in them.
You will notice the difference in the look of your feet even after the first usage.
You should do the treatment every day for 5-7 days. Afterwards, make a pause of 7 days, and repeat the treatment once again. Do this treatments 3 times in total, by making another pause of 7 days in between.
