FEET ROTATION
You should sit on a chair, and then rotate the foot clockwise. Do this exercise for about 10 times.
HANDS EXERCISES
It is a great exercise to improve your blood circulation, and to prevent cramps. You should stretch the arms first and then the fingers. Then, make a fist and try holding it for a few seconds. When you are done, relax the joints and rotate the arm in a circular movements from your shoulder for 1 minute.
WALKING
Walking is the most beneficial workout for blood circulation. It relaxes and tightens the leg muscles, improves the blood flow through the body, and decreases the blood pressure. Short walks 2 to 3 times per week are best to begin with.
SWIMMING
Swimming is an exercise that is very efficient as it involves all the body muscles. Furthermore, it improves the oxygen supply to the lungs and heart. It’s quite beneficial for joint and muscle pain and it’s suitable for people of every ages.
YOGA
