It’s discovered what causes lung cancer: you will not believe when you read what it is!

If you live somewhere in the lowlands, we have a really, really bad news for you because – regardless of whether you are in town or in the countryside, in relation to our relatives who live on the mountain – you have a much higher risk of getting lung cancer.

In addition to the primarily smoking, or smog, genetics or a lifetime spent in the mine, one of the reasons why people in certain areas frequently suffer from lung cancer is, believe it or not, the air we breathe!
In fact, the thing is that it’s important at which sea level you live. In the lowlands the air is denser, and therefore richer in oxygen, which in spite of their beneficial effect, in excessive quantities is dangerous for our body.

Simply, oxygen is a very unusual element. Every time we eat, our body uses it to turn food into energy. However, oxidation is the metabolic process which releases a multitude of so-called free radicals, which are highly carcinogenic.

These highly reactive atoms are able to make a real hubble-bubble in our body and even lead to DNA damage and eventually cancer cells to mutate – and … that’s cancer. Due to the fact that it is the lungs, as part of the respiratory system, first to suffer of oxygen, they are most susceptible to disease of cancer.

While this sounds really scary, that somewhere is a natural process. However, if you want to reduce your risk of getting lung cancer, you need to move to a higher altitude, the best on the mountain, because there is air rarer, where your lungs aren’t only more widely and different work, but they also have less evil oxygen with whom they have to fight.
American scientists conducted a huge research and calculated that for every one thousand meters above sea level, the number of people who suffer from lung cancer significantly cuts.
